What is your returns policy?

Any unused item may be returned to us within 30 Days of purchase for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). If an item is faulty please call us first before sending anything back. All items have a 12 month warranty for any items deemed faulty.
 

How long will my item take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days, and also offer a next day delivery service on items ordered before 12pm.

Are your prices the same in store?

Our website prices may vary from store, however if you find the item cheaper on our site than in store, just mention it and we will match it!

I’m looking for an item I can’t find on your site, can I order it?

We stock much more in our high street stores than what’s shown on this site, however our online catalogue is always growing. If you’re looking for a particular item you can’t find, please call or message us as we may have it in stock or, subject to stock availability, may be able to order it straight from the supplier for you.
